Painting plastic model train but paint is still sticky after 3 days? - model train decals

He painted a plastic rail OG model with a box car spray paint. The surface remains sticky after three days. Why is this so? If dry weather after a week or what?

Some automotive paints are a solvent that is with plastics such as styrene, or ABS compatible. The solvent is not yet healed. As someone mentioned in a cool, dry, well ventilated, and everything will be alright.

Popular designs stacking months in winter (rainy season), while I wait until the moisture down.

What is the weight that you spray each layer? How long it will dry each layer between the layers? How wet is there? These factors can prevent the paint dry faster. Place in a cool and dry for a few days and see if it does the trick.
