Galaxy Of Strats If Every Galaxy Is Really Moving Away From One Another, How Do Galaxy Collisions Occur?

If every galaxy is really moving away from one another, how do galaxy collisions occur? - galaxy of strats

Or not all the galaxies recede from each other or colliding galaxies are an illusion. What is it?

Only the distant galaxies are receding. The Local Group of galaxies, drawn by gravity to the other. Andromeda, for example, moving toward us.

It is common for galaxies collide, and the interaction with other galaxies. In fact, it now estimates that collisions and mergers of galaxies, one of the key elements that are determined in their development over time. Most galaxies probably had interactions with other galaxies since its founding.
A galaxy is about 100 billion stars. So you might think, that have in a collision between two galaxies, many collisions between stars is not it? The fact is that in such collisions, the probability of two colliding stars in the vicinity of 0. For although there are a large number of stars in galaxies, the density of stars is not so important, because the galaxies are very important. In other words, the size of the star is very small compared to the average distance between them. This means that if the galaxies go only of stars, and two of them with head collision, which would run from one to another without serious damage!
This is not what you see when you look at the interacting galaxies. TheSince the space between the stars in galaxies is not empty: it is full of gas and dust. This material interact when the galaxies collide. You can interact with gravity, can interfere with the matter in other galaxies, galaxies and their morphology. There is also the friction between the gas in colliding galaxies, so that shock waves that can trigger some star formation in galaxies.
These processes can radically to the galaxies. For example, two spiral galaxies can merge to form an elliptical galaxy. Since the galaxies in collision millions of years of fusion were involved (which is really fast on the scale of astronomical time!), We can not observe their development.

HIFT not, even remotely.

There are 2 possible answers.

1. GRAVITY. All objects have gravity in space. The mass, more weight. If you think a galaxy as a single object has an extremely serious enough to attract other galaxies.

2. Multiple universes. How do we know for Andromeda galaxy, which we hit 3 million years, not caused from a different universe from another Big Bang come from? For all we know, we live in a mega-verse. There is simply no evidence.

Not all the galaxies apart. The galaxies are grouped into clusters and groups of clusters to form. The clusters are all apart. But the groups within the super-cluster, and galaxy clusters silent way. Sometimes these conflict lines.

There are a few galaxies to find us. Not everyone there. There are over Centillion galaxies in space and everyone moves up or away from each other. Thus, the collision of galaxies are not unusual when you consider the area as a whole. Loo When two galaxies, it could be another billion years, until they collide.

These galaxies simple. Some moves in a linear others. For example, if you move sideways to 1,000,000 meters per second of 1,000,000 feet from another galaxy, the same distance and travel speed collision.

If a galaxy caused by the attraction of another galaxy more. An example is the Andromeda galaxy and the galaxy of the Milky Way.
